1)Why should I hire you?
As a I don't have any work
experience and I really don't know much about the corporate world but one thing
which I know is that I am very flexible and adaptive person. Flexible in the
sense that I can easily cope up with the changes within my environment, apart
from that I am extrovert so can deal with different people very easily and I am
a quick learner who won't disappoint you. Thank you.
As a fresher, I am looking for
a company where I can enrich my professional skills. Moreover I would like
build myself with a strong career where I can expect this sort of output from a
company like yours. As per your company's requirement, I am flexible and
adaptive to face any kind of environment. Trust me Sir/ Ma'm, I will work a
step plus than what you are expecting from me.
As a fresher I have no
practical experience, but I assure you that I will work sincerely to achieve
the goals of my organization. I always keep two things in mind being perfect in
my work and to try my level best at any cost to complete the work.
I am a fast and self learning
who can easily adapt any environment. I am a hard worker and believes in
commitments. I am creative and innovative in my work and can be handy for you
as far financial and business growth of your company is concerned. I am inclined
towards self growth which can be possible only when I will pitch in to make my
company grow.)
2)Can you work under pressure?
Yes I can work well under
pressure. Because it make me to concentrate more on work and reduce some
mistakes and without pressure no one can be stronger. And actually working
under pressure Shows your real qualities and talent because everyone can swim
with the flow of water but the truly talented swimmer can swim against the flow
of water.
Yes sir, pressure is part of
our life. For me working under pressure is good challenge for proving my self.
Just I want money for all things so I can do my work under pressure.
Pressure teaches us how to
behave normal even under adverse situations, those who are really interested in
doing work, pressure is nothing for them, so we should always take pressure
responsibly.
Yes, I can do work under
pressure. Because I have faced this thing in real world. And I believe that I
can do and accept the challenges and can prove my self. And I like to do work
in pressure it will help to learn more thing that how can we prove in such a
conditions like this.
3)Give me an example of your
creativity.
Well, I am not a great
creative thinker. (1st Situation) :It happened when I joined in hostel for the
first time for the sake of my 9th class studies. In hostel, Everyone were
marking their uniforms with their initials/symbols so that they won't get
jumbled. I thought why to mark while everyone are marking. The one which is not
marked is mine and I went through. Believe me, from that day everyone
recognized my uniform as it was marked nothing and return me if I lost it in no
time. That was my 1st situation.
It is quite funny to say. When
I am studying my school I always takes pen from my brothers bag similarly there
is a friend who also takes pen from his sister. In order to not catch by my
brother me and my friend exchange our pen. This is an example of my creativity
I just want to share one
incident, a very good reputed company comes into my college for a selection, I
cleared an aptitude test, now I have to face for a GD round. I have to speak
for a minimum 10 min but I m not able to understand the topic, so I add the 5
or 6 points of others in different manner and some about mine after listening
others point of view, and I was selected. This is basically called a
creativity.
Example of my creativity is
when I was living in hostel. One day my one of mess member said me that I lost
my mobile. He said that thing 3 and 4 times in that day so I was feeling very
bad then I decided to collect money and buy a new mobile for him. So I started
thinking about and I got an idea. I went every room in hostel and collected
newspaper and filled notebooks. These waste things I sold in market and I got
1500Rs. I bought a mobile and gave him. He was feeling very good.
4)Would you lie for the
company?
I would never lie for the
company I never dishonest to my profession. And getting happy by doing wrong
not lost for long not give welfare to us. So never choose lie as decision to
any problem.
I would like to tell lie in
childhood but it is not good habit always telling lie in that time and also I
suffered from my mom in that lie situations. I think lie for the company is
indirectly depends upon our future but I can't say lie in that time.
It depends on the situation.
Usually I do no lie because I have one experience with my mother in my
childhood. I said, one lie to my mother in-order to cover that one I suffered
one month. When, I told the truth then I felt free at that time I decided to telling
lie is very difficult than any other work. So, telling lie very difficult than
finding other solution.
Sir, while working with a
reputed and ethical organization like yours, I don't think that there will ever
arise the need to lie. I know the organisation's past and I trust its values.
5)How much salary do you
expect?
Being a fresher my first and
foremost is to enhance my knowledge and salary is not a great concern for me. I
hope that the salary offered by our company merely satisfies my needs and I'll improve
my quality of service.
I am more interested in this
job right now. And salary is of little concern to me but I expect that you will
pay me according to my skills and as per your company norms which will help
fulfill my economical needs and satisfy me mentally.
The company decide a
particular salary for this position I am ready with that one but as compared to
market situation need 20 to 30 percent growth from the salary now I am getting.
But we can discuss later on this after prove my self in your company
expectation for this post.
I think its too early to
answer this question. After I get shortlisted than we can work it out. But so
far as my expectation is concerned I must take some factors like the offer from
the current organisation from where I completed training, offers from the
clients into consideration.
6)If you won $10 million
lottery, would you still work?
Yes Sir, I will continue my
work because money can not give experience & satisfaction of success. And
it can not give idea to spend it in right way. But our company can gives
satisfaction, experience & name fame in society with happy full life.
Yes, I will continue. Since my
parents have spent all their lifetime in bringing me up, giving education and
satisfying my needs. It's my turn to make sure that my parents live their life
in a sophisticated way from then on. Moreover life is meaningful only once you
fulfil your goals. And my goal is to reach pinnacle in my career growth.
First of all I won't believe
all this. Luck comes when you put your true hard work. Earning 1 rupee with
true dedication and hardship is much more valuable than this 10 million or 10
billion. If today is your day of getting this huge amount tomo you will it is
sure that you will lose an amount much bigger than this. So I won't leave a job
where I get my earning with true dedication and hardwork. After all you get one
thing which is more valuable than money that is Knowledge.
Yes I will work. In my life, I
struggled lot to get education. So, I will spent that money to provide
education to poor people who really wants to study. Money will be with us today
and we may lose it in future. But achievements did never goes off.
